Dumpsters for Rent LLC Privacy Policy
Effective September 8, 2026. This policy covers our dispatch website and mobile apps, and the private rental links supplied to customers.
Information used to provide service
We process customer and staff names, contact details, rental addresses, dumpster and job records, rental terms acceptance, payment status, and work history. Driver records include time entries, lunch entries, and job completion details. Uploaded files may include jobsite photos, disposal receipts, and check images.
With your device permission, location is used to record a dumpster's location when documenting a job. The app does not require continuous background location tracking. Camera and photo access let you choose or take files to attach to a job. You can manage these permissions in your device settings. Denying permission may prevent completing a step that requires that information.
How information is used and shared
Information supports scheduling, dispatch, rental service, billing, payment verification, timekeeping, customer communications, and resolving disputes. Authorized staff can access information appropriate to their role. Customers may receive relevant job evidence explaining additional charges.
Service providers process information needed to operate the service, including hosting and file storage, Stripe for card payments, email delivery, and Twilio when text messaging is enabled. Card checkout is handled by Stripe; our app records payment status and references. Map tiles are supplied by OpenStreetMap, whose servers receive ordinary connection information when maps load. We may disclose records when required by law or to protect our rights.
Device storage and security
The app uses a sign-in cookie and may retain field work on your device to support interrupted connections. Protect devices used for work, and sign out when finished on a shared device. Access to staff records requires authorization. Communications with the service use HTTPS.
Retention and requests
Completed and billed work is archived for business records. Records may be retained for service, accounting, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. To request access, correction, or deletion of information, contact us at the email below. We may need to verify your identity; some records must be retained to meet business or legal requirements.
Text messages
Rental-related texts require consent. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Text consent is not required to rent. See our text consent information.
