Request account or data deletion
For the Dumpsters for Rent LLC app, you can request deletion of your staff account and associated personal data, or request deletion of specific information without closing your account.
Send your request
- Email corey@simplecontractorco.com with the subject “Dumpsters app deletion request.”
- Include the name you use in the app, your role (Driver or Manager), a contact email or phone number, and whether you want your account deleted or only specific data removed. Customers should include their rental address.
- The office will verify your identity and review your request. Do not send your passcode, card number, or a check image.
What happens to your information
After verification, account deletion removes your sign-in identity and active sessions. Personal information and uploaded files that are no longer needed for the purposes below are deleted or de-identified. Account deletion does not cancel a rental, remove an unpaid balance, or change completed billing records.
Records that may remain
Completed job records, billing and payment records, disposal evidence, and driver time records may remain when needed for accounting, employment records, outstanding rentals, disputes, or legal obligations. Their retention period is determined by the applicable obligation or unresolved matter, rather than a single automatic deletion deadline. The office will explain which records must remain and the applicable retention period when handling your request. These records are not kept to give a deleted account continued sign-in access.
